We’re excited to welcome you to STEP Oregon — the new home for the Supporting Transition to Employment Pathways (STEP) project!

Formerly known as the Pathways Project, STEP is focused on building stronger bridges between education, community, and workforce partners to support youth with disabilities in their journey toward competitive integrated employment. Our work brings together educators, families, community-based organizations, and employers across Oregon to create more inclusive, empowering opportunities for young people.
